Project Developer Policy

Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council

CDIC provides project developers with a platform to present investment, business, community development, and humanitarian initiatives to potential investors and partners. This policy sets out the responsibilities, standards, and expectations that all project developers must meet when submitting and managing projects on the CDIC platform.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to submit a project on the CDIC platform, project developers must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Hold the necessary rights and permissions relating to the project
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Act in good faith and with professional integrity

2. Project Submission

Submission of a project does not constitute approval, endorsement, certification, or funding by CDIC.

CDIC reserves the right to:

Review project submissions
Request supporting documentation
Reject incomplete or misleading submissions
Remove projects that violate platform policies

3. Developer Responsibilities

Project developers remain solely responsible for:

Project implementation
Financial management
Legal compliance
Contractual obligations
Communication with investors

4. Due Diligence

CDIC may perform preliminary reviews but does not guarantee the accuracy, viability, profitability, or success of any project.

Investors are encouraged to conduct their own independent assessments before committing resources.

5. Ethical Conduct

Project developers must operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability at all times.
