Biography

Stanley Enyih serves as Chairman of the CDIC Advisory Council, providing strategic guidance to support the Council’s long-term vision, governance, and institutional development. He works closely with the Advisory Council to strengthen partnerships, promote good governance, and ensure that CDIC remains aligned with its mission of mobilizing the Cameroonian diaspora for sustainable national development.

An engineer, entrepreneur, accomplished author, and humanitarian, Stanley brings extensive international experience in investment, business development, and community leadership across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Americas. His broad perspective enables him to connect governments, private sector leaders, development institutions, and the diaspora around shared opportunities for economic growth.

As Chairman, he leads the Advisory Council in providing independent strategic advice, identifying emerging opportunities, fostering high-level partnerships, and supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership in achieving CDIC’s objectives. His leadership is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to building lasting value for Cameroon and its global diaspora.

Wycliffe S. Smith

Biography

Wycliffe S. Smith is a respected Dutch Caribbean statesman, educator, pastor, author, and humanitarian whose life and work have been defined by public service, leadership, faith, and community development. With a distinguished career spanning government, higher education, pastoral ministry, and humanitarian engagement, he brings to the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC) a wealth of leadership experience, policy insight, and a deep commitment to the advancement of people and communities.

Over the course of his public career, Mr. Smith has served in several senior leadership roles in Sint Maarten and the wider Dutch Caribbean. He has held office as Governor of Saba, Member of Parliament of Sint Maarten, Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, and Prime Minister of Sint Maarten. In these roles, he contributed significantly to governance, education reform, cultural development, and institutional strengthening.

Mr. Smith also served as President of the University of St. Martin and has dedicated many years to education as a teacher, administrator, and advocate for lifelong learning, believing education to be a powerful tool for transformation.

He currently serves as Vice President of the Global United Conference of Africa and the Diaspora (GUCAD), an organization committed to uniting Africans on the continent with those in the diaspora. His humanitarian work in Africa and his Cameroonian ancestry, confirmed through DNA findings, have strengthened his passion for building bridges between Africa and the diaspora.

As an Advisor to CDIC, Mr. Smith is committed to promoting collaboration, responsible investment, and sustainable development in Cameroon and beyond.

Biography

Linus Tayong serves as the Secretary General of the CDIC Advisory Council, supporting the Council’s governance, coordination, and strategic engagement. He works closely with the Chairman and Council members to facilitate meetings, coordinate advisory initiatives, document recommendations, and strengthen collaboration between the Advisory Council and the Executive Leadership.

A respected community leader and healthcare professional, Linus brings extensive experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and community development. His passion for public service and sustainable development has enabled him to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that empower communities and improve livelihoods.

Within the Advisory Council, Linus plays a key role in ensuring effective communication, promoting good governance, and supporting the Council’s mission of providing independent strategic guidance that advances CDIC’s vision of mobilizing the Cameroonian diaspora for investment, innovation, humanitarian action, and sustainable national development.

He is committed to upholding the values of integrity, accountability, and collaboration while helping strengthen CDIC’s impact both within Cameroon and across the global diaspora.
