The CDIC Ambassador Program offers dedicated individuals the opportunity to serve as official representatives of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council in their country of residence. Our Ambassadors play a vital role in strengthening connections between Cameroonians abroad and opportunities in Cameroon while promoting community engagement, development initiatives, entrepreneurship, investment, and humanitarian action.

Ambassador Responsibilities

CDIC Ambassadors are expected to actively contribute to diaspora engagement and represent CDIC with professionalism and commitment.

Promote the mission and activities of CDIC
Support membership growth and engagement
Facilitate networking and partnerships
Identify opportunities that benefit Cameroon and the diaspora
Promote community development and humanitarian initiatives
Represent CDIC professionally at events and meetings
Submit periodic reports on activities and engagements
Uphold the CDIC Code of Conduct
How It Works

Ambassador Selection Process

A fair, merit-based process designed to identify committed individuals who will represent CDIC with integrity.

Online Application

Complete the Ambassador Application Form and provide the required information about your background and motivation.

Application Review

The Ambassador Selection Committee reviews your qualifications, experience, and motivation statement.

Interview

Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a virtual interview with the CDIC team to discuss vision and plans.

Verification

Background and reference verification may be conducted where necessary before a final decision is made.

05

Appointment

Successful applicants receive an official Letter of Appointment, Ambassador Certificate, and Digital ID Card.
