Biography

Stanley Enyih is an engineer, real estate developer, entrepreneur, renewable energy professional, author, and humanitarian whose work is driven by a commitment to sustainable development and community empowerment. Over the years, he has built a diverse career spanning real estate development, renewable energy, business leadership, and social impact initiatives across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas.

As the Founder of the NDES Foundation and President of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC), Stanley has dedicated himself to creating opportunities that foster economic growth, encourage investment, and improve the lives of individuals and communities. His leadership is guided by the belief that lasting development is achieved when people are empowered with the resources, knowledge, and opportunities needed to build better futures for themselves and future generations.

Throughout his professional journey, Stanley has worked with investors, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and development partners on initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy solutions, responsible investment, and community development. His experience in real estate and renewable energy has strengthened his conviction that economic progress and social impact must go hand in hand to create meaningful and lasting change.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stanley is a passionate humanitarian and author who believes in the power of service, integrity, and leadership. Biography

Linus Tayong serves as the Secretary General of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC), where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission of fostering investment, economic development, and meaningful engagement between the Cameroonian diaspora and communities across Cameroon.

A respected professional with a distinguished background in public service and healthcare, Linus previously served for more than a decade within the Consular and Immigration Department of the British High Commission in Yaoundé. During his tenure, he held several leadership responsibilities, including serving on the Political Committee and chairing the Training Committee, where he contributed to staff development, organizational effectiveness, and the promotion of professional excellence.

Building on his longstanding commitment to public service, Linus later transitioned into the healthcare sector and currently practices as a Registered Nurse in the United States. His work reflects a deep commitment to improving health outcomes, promoting equitable access to care, and supporting individuals and families facing complex health and social challenges.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Linus is widely recognized for his dedication to community service, mentorship, and leadership development. He has consistently championed initiatives that empower individuals through education, personal growth, and civic engagement. His commitment to academic achievement and lifelong learning has earned him recognition through membership in both the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the National Adult Education Honor Society.

Throughout his career, Linus has remained guided by a strong belief in service, integrity, and the transformative power of leadership. He is passionate about creating opportunities for others, strengthening communities, and contributing to initiatives that promote sustainable development and social progress.

As Secretary General of CDIC, Linus brings a unique combination of international experience, public service, healthcare expertise, and community leadership, helping to advance the organization’s vision of a more prosperous, connected, and empowered Cameroon.

Anne Enyih

Biography

Anne Enyih is a telecommunications engineer and technology professional with extensive international experience in telecommunications, network integration, and emerging mobile technologies. As a Founding Member and Representative of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC), she contributes to the organization’s mission of promoting investment, innovation, and sustainable development while strengthening connections between the Cameroonian diaspora and communities across Cameroon.

Anne brings a strong academic and professional background to her leadership role. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications through the Sino-Cameroon Scholarship Program. She subsequently completed a dual Master’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering through a collaboration between the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and Politecnico di Torino (Italy), supported by the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Programme.

With more than seven years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, Anne has developed expertise in advanced network technologies, software integration, and next-generation mobile communications. She currently serves as a 5G Software Integration Engineer at Nokia Paris-Saclay, where she contributes to the development and deployment of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions that support the evolution of global connectivity.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anne is deeply committed to community development, education, and social advancement. She believes that innovation, knowledge sharing, and strategic investment are essential drivers of sustainable progress. Her passion for empowering individuals and creating opportunities aligns closely with CDIC’s vision of leveraging the expertise and resources of the diaspora to contribute meaningfully to national development.

As a founding member of CDIC, Anne combines technical expertise, international experience, and a strong commitment to service, helping to advance initiatives that promote economic growth, innovation, and lasting impact for communities in Cameroon and beyond.

Pamela Ndzi

Biography

Pamela Ndzi is a Cameroonian-American IT Project Manager with over 12 years of experience leading technology projects and strategic programs across diverse organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex initiatives, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation.

She currently works with Fidelity Investments, where she leads high-impact technology projects that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.

Beyond her professional achievements, Pamela is deeply committed to community service and humanitarian engagement. In recognition of her outstanding volunteer contributions, she received the 2023 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from U.S. President Joe Biden for her dedication to strengthening communities through service.

Pamela is also the Co-Founder of ILB Home Health Services, where she combines leadership, compassion, and innovation to support quality healthcare services and community well-being.

As Financial Secretary of CDIC, Pamela brings strong organizational leadership, strategic planning expertise, financial oversight, and a passion for service to support the Council’s mission of empowering the diaspora and contributing to the sustainable development of Cameroon.

Wisdom Alliehkezih is a digital strategist, web engineer, and technology entrepreneur with a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful impact for businesses, organizations, and communities. As the Founder and Lead Developer of Wisdom Apex Digital, a leading digital hub engineering high-performance solutions, Wisdom has built a reputation for delivering exceptional digital experiences that combine technical precision with strategic vision.

Through Wisdom Apex Digital, he has guided a wide range of clients — from startups to established organizations — in building powerful online platforms, optimizing their digital presence, and deploying technology solutions that support growth, visibility, and operational efficiency. His work reflects a commitment to quality, innovation, and results-driven execution that consistently exceeds expectations.

Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Wisdom brings deep expertise in web development, digital infrastructure, user experience design, and technology project management. His ability to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, functional solutions has made him a trusted partner for organizations seeking to strengthen their digital foundations.

As IT Coordinator of CDIC, Wisdom plays a vital role in managing and advancing the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring that CDIC’s online platforms, systems, and technology resources effectively support its mission of connecting the Cameroonian diaspora with investment and development opportunities. His technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of the CDIC leadership team.
