Governance Structure
CDIC operates through a clear and transparent governance structure designed to ensure effective leadership, accountability, and the advancement of our mission.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of CDIC and is composed of eligible members of the organization. It provides strategic direction, reviews organizational performance, and supports the advancement of CDIC’s mission and objectives.
Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization and the implementation of its programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
Advisory Council
The Advisory Council serves as an independent body of experienced professionals and experts who provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and recommendations to support the growth and long-term sustainability of CDIC.

Strategic Guidance for Sustainable Impact. The CDIC Advisory Council is composed of distinguished professionals, business leaders, academics, development practitioners, and community advocates who provide independent advice and strategic guidance to support the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
Role of the Advisory Council
The Council contributes valuable expertise that helps strengthen governance, institutional development, investment promotion, partnerships, and community impact initiatives.
Advisory Council members do not participate in the day-to-day management of the organization.
