About the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC)
The Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC) is an international, development-oriented non-profit organization officially established in France as an Association governed by the French Law of 1 July 1901 (Association Loi 1901) and registered with the Préfecture de l’Essonne under Association Registration No. W913016624.
CDIC was created to mobilize the knowledge, expertise, professional networks, financial resources, and investment capacity of the global Cameroonian diaspora to contribute to the sustainable economic and social development of Cameroon while strengthening collaboration among Cameroonians worldwide.
Building on the humanitarian legacy of the NDES Foundation, CDIC combines investment promotion with community development by supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, innovation, humanitarian assistance, and sustainable development.
As a trusted bridge between the diaspora, government institutions, investors, entrepreneurs, development partners, and local communities, CDIC creates opportunities for collaboration that transform ideas into impactful projects and long-term national development.
