Stanley Enyih is an engineer, entrepreneur, real estate developer, renewable energy expert, humanitarian, and internationally recognized diaspora leader committed to advancing sustainable development, responsible investment, and inclusive economic growth. With more than two decades of professional leadership spanning Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas, he has dedicated his career to building solutions that create lasting value for communities while fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships.

As the Founder and President of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC), Stanley leads a global initiative that connects the Cameroonian diaspora with investment opportunities, entrepreneurship, community development, and strategic partnerships that contribute to Cameroon’s long-term economic transformation. Under his leadership, CDIC has been established as a collaborative platform designed to mobilize the expertise, networks, and resources of Cameroonians worldwide to accelerate sustainable national development.

Stanley is also the Founder of the NDES Foundation, an international humanitarian organization that holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Through the Foundation, he has championed initiatives focused on education, humanitarian assistance, community development, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, and international cooperation. This global engagement reflects his unwavering belief that sustainable development is achieved through collaboration, innovation, and service.

Professionally, Stanley has built extensive expertise in renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate development, leading projects that combine technical excellence with long-term social and economic impact. His work has involved collaborating with governments, investors, private sector organizations, entrepreneurs, and development partners to promote sustainable infrastructure, clean energy solutions, responsible investment, and inclusive economic opportunities. Today, Stanley continues to champion initiatives that bridge the gap between the diaspora and the homeland through investment facilitation, business development, humanitarian action, technology, real estate, renewable energy, education, and strategic partnerships. Linus Tayong serves as the Secretary General of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC), where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission of fostering investment, economic development, and meaningful engagement between the Cameroonian diaspora and communities across Cameroon.

A respected professional with a distinguished background in public service and healthcare, Linus previously served for more than a decade within the Consular and Immigration Department of the British High Commission in Yaoundé. During his tenure, he held several leadership responsibilities, including serving on the Political Committee and chairing the Training Committee, where he contributed to staff development, organizational effectiveness, and the promotion of professional excellence.

Building on his longstanding commitment to public service, Linus later transitioned into the healthcare sector and currently practices as a Registered Nurse in the United States. His work reflects a deep commitment to improving health outcomes, promoting equitable access to care, and supporting individuals and families facing complex health and social challenges.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Linus is widely recognized for his dedication to community service, mentorship, and leadership development. He has consistently championed initiatives that empower individuals through education, personal growth, and civic engagement. His commitment to academic achievement and lifelong learning has earned him recognition through membership in both the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the National Adult Education Honor Society.

Throughout his career, Linus has remained guided by a strong belief in service, integrity, and the transformative power of leadership. He is passionate about creating opportunities for others, strengthening communities, and contributing to initiatives that promote sustainable development and social progress.

As Secretary General of CDIC, Linus brings a unique combination of international experience, public service, healthcare expertise, and community leadership, helping to advance the organization’s vision of a more prosperous, connected, and empowered Cameroon.

Nji Clement Bang is an interdisciplinary educator who serves as the Deputy Registrar and a lecturer at the Higher Institute of Management Studies, Buea. He researches in https://share.google/JHZd4baT9lAOSaEBj and directs humanitarian programs in water supply, supply chain and civic democratic action. And Clement is a traditional ruler, a position he uses to promote cultural preservation and community development initiatives. This rich African and Cameroon-based interdisciplinary background equips him with the capacity to serve as the Country Coordinator of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC).

Clement worked over the years in marginalized areas in Cameroon, Nigeria, and Central Africa Republic (CAR) seeking to improve social wellbeing by fighting inequality, displacement, domination, poverty, and low results in research, education, training, and community development sectors. He has recorded great success in program design and delivery and donor-funded grant management involving stakeholders. This record energizes him to propel CDIC’s mission to distribute economic growth, encourage investment, and improve lives for individuals and communities.

He engaged in innovative curricula, trainer and career training, research, publication, and editing projects. Clement involved in building water catchments, water supply, sanitation, and civic capacity. Moreover, he assisted in written delivered and reported donor-funded projects from procurement, inventory, warehousing to last-mile delivery. And he promoted adult learning and youth mentorship for better cultural preservation and community development involving peers, partners, vendors, and clients. His ability in English and French languages enabled him engage stakeholders in multicultural projects which is an asset to CDIC operation.

He lectured and led career training programs, added research value, accepted and provided editorial support in time; directed relief aid, water, and civic programs for crises-affected persons, led rural water catchment and water supply analysis, operation and maintenance, and smoothened supply chain operations. His work and achievements cut across entry to top level roles in educational, research, humanitarian, and community development sectors in different regions and Lolo refugee Camp in Cameroon and Adagom refugee Camp in Nigeria involving national and international governmental and non-governmental partners.

Clement has the content, character, and competence which constitutes capacity which he leverages to connect Cameroonian diaspora with opportunities through investment, innovation, skills transfer, and strategic partnership that improve CDIC’s impact on improving individual and community development of Cameroon.

Pamela Ndzi is a Cameroonian-American IT Project Manager with over 12 years of experience leading technology projects and strategic programs across diverse organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex initiatives, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation.

She currently works with Fidelity Investments, where she leads high-impact technology projects that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.

Beyond her professional achievements, Pamela is deeply committed to community service and humanitarian engagement. In recognition of her outstanding volunteer contributions, she received the 2023 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from U.S. President Joe Biden for her dedication to strengthening communities through service.

Pamela is also the Co-Founder of ILB Home Health Services, where she combines leadership, compassion, and innovation to support quality healthcare services and community well-being.

As Financial Secretary of CDIC, Pamela brings strong organizational leadership, strategic planning expertise, financial oversight, and a passion for service to support the Council’s mission of empowering the diaspora and contributing to the sustainable development of Cameroon.

Wisdom Alliehkezih is a digital strategist, web engineer, and technology entrepreneur with a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful impact for businesses, organizations, and communities. As the Founder and Lead Developer of Wisdom Apex Digital, a leading digital hub engineering high-performance solutions, Wisdom has built a reputation for delivering exceptional digital experiences that combine technical precision with strategic vision.

Through Wisdom Apex Digital, he has guided a wide range of clients — from startups to established organizations — in building powerful online platforms, optimizing their digital presence, and deploying technology solutions that support growth, visibility, and operational efficiency. His work reflects a commitment to quality, innovation, and results-driven execution that consistently exceeds expectations.

As IT Coordinator of CDIC, Wisdom plays a vital role in managing and advancing the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring that CDIC’s online platforms, systems, and technology resources effectively support its mission of connecting the Cameroonian diaspora with investment and development opportunities. His technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of the CDIC leadership team.

Wisdom is passionate about the role of technology in accelerating development and believes that well-engineered digital solutions can open doors, create opportunities, and drive sustainable progress for communities in Cameroon and across the diaspora.

Ruth Sakwe is a dedicated community development advocate and administrative professional serving as the Treasurer & Office Manager of the Cameroonian Diaspora Investment Council (CDIC). In this role, she oversees the Council’s financial administration, office operations, and organizational support systems, ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.

She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Management and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management, further strengthening her expertise in organizational leadership, financial management, and administration.

Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Ruth is deeply committed to humanitarian service and community development. She dedicates much of her time to volunteering in orphanages and care centres, where she actively supports vulnerable children and families through acts of compassion and service. Her passion for improving lives reflects her belief that sustainable development begins with empowering communities and creating opportunities for those most in need.

At CDIC, Ruth combines strong organizational skills with a genuine commitment to service, playing a vital role in supporting the Council’s mission to mobilize the Cameroonian diaspora for investment, community development, and national progress. Her integrity, dedication, and people-centred approach make her an invaluable member of the leadership team.

Evette Asobo is an experienced Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Coordinator based in Texas, USA, with over eight years of experience delivering complex initiatives across healthcare, technology, telecommunications, financial services, and project operations.

She has strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, resource coordination, Agile delivery, and cross-functional team leadership. Throughout her career, she has supported projects from initiation through completion, monitored milestones and budgets, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, coordinated dependencies, and helped teams deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

Evette has worked with organizations including LifePath Systems, Florida Blue, Altria Group, CO-OP Financial Services, AT&T, and Anthem. She is also certified as a SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Master.

As Project Coordinator at CDIC, Evette supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives, helping the Council achieve its mission of mobilizing the Cameroonian diaspora for investment, development, and national progress.
